Point at it
The comment opens beside the element, with a picture of the page.

Record the screen and talk. Every second is kept, nothing is retyped.
Read it where it happened
Every message files under the page it came from, newest first.
Why it exists
Bug reports arrive as “the button doesn’t work”. Which button, on which page, in which browser, takes three more messages to find out. Meanwhile the tools that could have answered those questions ask you to add an SDK, accept a cookie banner, and learn a workspace with forty settings.
Feedoback is built on one idea: a comment belongs beside the thing it is about.
A visitor points at an element and the comment opens next to it, with a screenshot, the page, and the browser attached. You read it under the page it was sent from. Nothing to explain, nothing to configure.
What we care about
Small
The widget weighs under 50 kB and loads after your page. It should never be the reason your site feels slow.
Out of the way
It never changes your styles, never clicks your buttons, never sets a cookie. Remove the script tag and every trace goes with it.
Honest
We say what is collected, where it goes, and what we cannot do yet. The security page is the same page we read.
Who makes it
Feedoback is made by a small team, and it is in beta and free to use. If something is unclear or broken, write to [email protected]. A person reads it.
